I was known as Kennel 8 for a long time. Since May 7, when they found me on the road and brought me to the Lake County Animal Shelter. It wasn't too bad there. I was fed regularly and had a roof over my head. Mostly it was pretty lonely there, but every once in a while, the nice people came to pet me. That always made me happy.
But that all changed today. Today I was given the name Junebug. I now live in a cozy foster home, where I am part of the family. I didn't think I would ever get to BELONG again. It's a good feeling.
