My gosh.. Khyra sent me over here and I just read all the posts about Miko! I'm choked up, shocked, amazed, happy, sad, all at once! My own dog is fearful so reading about the challenges and seeing the scared little eyes in her picture really hit close to home for me.
She looks like she is doing great -- living with a well-adjusted pack of dogs must be helping, for sure. You can see that her body language has changed immensely from the first few pics you showed until now. That harness was a life saver, too, what a great idea for a dog to wear it when they first get to their new home..
I hope to come back here soon and continue to see her blossom!
