i'll bet he's exhausted. was he happy to be home?
I like that collar - so much more comfy looking than the plastic things.
Such a tired boy. That was quite a surgery. Most humans would be whining and feeling sorry for themselves. But not Popeye. He has such amazing attitude and so lucky to have his foster mum. Hugs to you both.
