What the hell is it about rubber bands around the neck in Taiwan? It's like all abandoned dogs have something like that. I don't get it. WTF is the damn thinking?
The poor thing still looks incredibly distrustful and fearful. You can see she's not yet fully happy. It breaks my heart. I hope she finds someone who can give her the time she needs to get 100x more happiness than pain she has had in her life.
